NellCode ("we", "us", "our") operates the SaaS Cloud Service Platform at nellcode.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our Platform.

  • Business owners: Name, email, phone number, business name, address, payment information.
  • End customers: Name, email, phone number, delivery address, purchase history, booking history, chat messages.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and session data.
  • Mobile app users (Premium): Device identifiers and push notification tokens.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the Platform services.
  • To process orders, bookings, and payments.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, booking reminders, receipts).
  • To provide customer support and chat services.
  • To generate business analytics and reports.
  • To improve the Platform and develop new features.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:

Each business on the Platform receives only the data of their own customers.
